Swiss Alps by Tata Vislevskaya

I have recently come across these beautiful photographs of Russian artist Tata Vislevskaya. Using a methodology called cross processing, she has captured the Swiss Alps from a very unique perspective.

"Pain, loneliness and fear – Tata Vislevskaya delivers many great contributions by giving us insight into the world’s natural beauty in those places that we often overlook in favor of the obvious attractions. Instead of just taking a pretty picture, she analyzes the environment: the landscape, the trees, the mountains, the snow, the sky, the wood... And in doing so, unearths the emotions that are prevalent in all these things that we consistently take for granted". (via Behance Network)
