Build-Your-Own-Burger Boat on Lake Zurich

Every Tuesday through September, you can enjoy a very special dinner cruise on Lake Zürich: The Build-Your-Own-Burger Boat.
In the name of journalism, we have recently boarded this unique cruise. And we concluded: Spending a summer night on Lake Zurich should be compulsory for anyone! As soon as the boat leaves the docks in Zürich and glides onto the clear blue lake, it is 100 percent vacation feeling.
The Burger Boat will be waiting for you at 7 PM at the boat docks in Zürich.
And it pays to be on time because doors open at 6:55 PM and the boat will leave at 7:15 PM from the Bürkliplatz boat docks. Once on board, grab a seat in the restaurant of the MS Linth, which is literally a “flagship” for the Lake Zürich Navigation Company. Just this spring, the boat has been upgraded with the latest engines that run even more quietly.
There is a set burger menu with a Pulled Pork Burger (25 francs) and other gourmet varieties. But there is a reason for the name of this cruise, and so we build our own burger!

You can select your own meats from regional suppliers, ingredients and sauces, as well as the type of bread and the side dishes.
Out on the deck, there is a warm summer breeze and a stunning sunset as the boat passes the privileged communities along Lake Zurich.
