Cable Car Breakfast with Matterhorn Views

Once a year during the Swiss Food Festival, the innovative heads at the Mont Cervin Palace Hotel in Zermatt will serve you a cable car breakfast.

As if this was not enough of a treat, the cable car is part of the Matterhorn-Express and you will see the famous Matterhorn peak in its full glory. During the 70 minute round trip to Trockener Steg at almost 3000 meters above sea, you will be able to enjoy various local delicacies.

There will be fresh bread and cheese from Valais, or the popular Birchermüesli cereal dish. On top of this, all beverages are included, such as OJ, coffee and tea. This once-in-a-lifetime experience costs 63.80 francs for adults and 48.80 francs for kids up to 16 years. Boarding time is between 8:30 and 9:15 AM.
