With many micro breweries popping up lately like mushrooms after rain, the wave of craft beer in Switzerland is rapidly gaining momentum.
As part of the Zurich Beer Week, the Craft Beer Festival celebrates the quality of the popular beverage. The cultural and business space Ziegelhütte welcomes you to their beer garden to discover delicious international and local craft beers, presented by 17 breweries. After you have found your new favorite beer among the many taps, you can bottle it to go at the Beer Bottle shop on the spot.
Delights for your stomach and soul
You won’t stay hungry or bored, either – after discovering your new favorite beer, grab a bite of some yummy home-made soul food and listen to some of the six carefully selected performing local music bands that will make you fall in a complete chill-mode. They are the craft beers of the Swiss music scene.
For an entrance ticket of CHF 35, you can try more than 50 types of beers, keep the tasting glass and get a public transport ticket for the fare zone 110 in Zurich.
