To honor his presence, our Executive Chef, Philippe Audonnet, will orchestrate an inspired menu with Mr. Adria’s most famous recipes.

While this occasion is already fully booked, we are giving you the chance to relive the unforgettable experience of a Ferran Adria inspired menu on Friday, September 5th. Although the star himself will not be present on this evening, his presnce will be felt while you live this remarkable moment of unreprochable high gastronomy.
