Anne-Sophie Pic, the celebrated French chef of the fine dining restaurant at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, will be hosting a special market in the garden of this five-star hotel.

During the market, Anne-Sophie Pic – a three-star Michelin chef who has led the restaurant at the Beau-Rivage Palace since 2009 – will reveal her favorite producers she has hand-selected to supply the ingredients for her famous cuisine. You can talk directly with these producers and purchase their high-quality food products.

As part of your visit to the market of Anne-Sophie Pic, you can also make reservations for an exclusive menu du marché that will be available at the restaurant that day (CHF 260).
