Safari del Gusto at the Hotel Eden Roc (Ascona)

Are you ready to go on a safari? Just be aware that you will not be able to spot the Big 5, but venture on a culinary expedition instead.

On May 19, the Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona will be hosting ten gourmet chefs from various restaurants in Ticino, as well as winegrowers from the region. The result is a culinary safari with cold and warm appetizers, a suite of main dishes that will please the foodies among us, as well as delicious sweet treats to finish it off. There will be something for all tastes, that’s for sure?
