Sihlcity Art & Food Market (Zürich)

This summer is all about art here in Zürich.

The latest event we are excited about is the Art & Food Market at Sihlcity. We already know (and love) the shipping container format from Jungkunst in Winterthur. The idea is that a few hand-picked artists display their creative outputs inside those colorful containers we know from harbors and shipping yards.

Here at Sihlcity in Zürich, the art containers will belong to talents such as . Or Linda Bernhard, a Swiss artist based in the UK who skillfully creates fun collages. Linda’s nostalgic creations promise to take us back to times when Photoshop was a store selling photo equipment…

The urban street market highlights start-up organizations and independent labels. We will definitively check out the daily live painting sessions… And did we mention the street food market? One of our favorites, Palestine Grill, will be on site with their truck…
