zürich moves! Contemporary Dance Festival

Since 2012, the zürich moves! festival has been presenting contemporary dance, dance films and performance art developed in the context of boundary-crossing and gender-transcending artistic engagement.

The current manifestations of contemporary dance and its fringe areas establish global bridges through the physical, aesthetic and idiosyncratic interpretation and visualization of socially relevant topics. Contemporary dance inspires, is inspired and often in unexpected ways calls for dialogue beyond the physical performance.
