ZüriFäscht 2016

Every three years, Zürich is turned upside down for three days during ZüriFäscht.

A plethora of food stalls line Limmatquai and sweep around the northern end of the lake for this three-day summer festival. Events include everything from “rides” in amphibious vehicles to wakeboarding on the Limmat river or camel rides.

Not to miss are the airshows with the PC-7 Pilatus team or with a Super Puma helicopter. And in between, there are plenty of high-wire acrobatics shows high above the city, free concerts and parties.

The fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights always attract a big crowd, so get there early.
